Floral Deliveries to the US and Canada

Same day delivery is available Monday-Saturday on orders received before 2:00 in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Sunday delivery is often not available. We will make every effort to accommodate Sunday requests and may need to have the item delivered the day before or after. Peak floral periods are: Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas. Please order at least 2-3 days ahead to ensure timely delivery.

Floral Order Delivery Times

On orders received at least 24 hours in advance (excluding peak floral delivery periods) we will be happy to honor requests whenever possible for AM delivery or PM delivery. On same day orders (excluding peak floral delivery periods) an additional fee may be required for guaranteed special deliveries.

When the Recipient Is Not Home

It may be necessary to leave the delivery with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the gift on their behalf. It is also customary to leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange the delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

International Floral Deliveries

For deliveries outside the US and Canada, you may select from our flower and plant menu items. Substitutions will be made based on professional design interpretation and local customs with full value guaranteed. Allow 2-3 days for delivery excluding Sundays, legal holidays and peak floral periods. Please type OS in the state field for an international order. Sending fee $14.95.

Gift Items Shipped Directly

Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Cancellation Policy

Your order is processed the moment we receive it. Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel an active order. Cancellations requests not received with-in 24 hours of placing your order cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to a 25% charge. We will maintain contact with you through phone or electronic mail.

Substitution Policy

Our online selections are individually designed and often come in a variety of sizes and prices. While the items shown are representative of style, color theme and value, specific flowers and containers may not always be available. In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty.

Delivery Status

Please consider that your order will be delivered on the day requested. If we have any difficulty with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. Delivery confirmation is available the day after your requested date.
